Purchase registration and restoration

Redeeming a store offer code creates a purchase. Sign in to the app to verify and link it. If a code has already been used, restore the purchase rather than redeeming it again. Contact support if verification is delayed.

The same store transaction grants benefits once. Restore and retry do not add time or reset usage. Subscription dates follow verified store records; lifetime access does not accumulate additional time.

A purchase linked to another active account must be used from that account. After that account is deleted, remaining restorable access may be recovered only after verifying ownership of the same store purchase. Expiry, usage and refund status do not reset; deleted personal records are not recovered. Contact support if the store cannot supply a restorable purchase. Account deletion is not a prerequisite for troubleshooting.

Account deletion does not cancel or refund a store subscription. Relevant transaction records are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Campaign limits are managed when distributing codes; a distinct valid redeemed purchase is not treated as a duplicate transaction.

1. The service

CaloClaw provides calorie and optional nutrition logging, record trends, Cat Coach reactions, character customization, notifications, and account sync. Features may change or pause for reliability, policy, store review, or operating needs.

The service is for people age 18 or older. It is not intended for children or teenagers.

2. Health information limits

User-entered calorie and nutrition values support personal logging and are not medical measurements or advice.

CaloClaw is not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment service. A qualified health professional should be consulted about illness, eating concerns, allergies, pregnancy, medication, or a specialized diet.

3. Private photo attachments and record control

A meal photo and photo AI analysis are optional. After consent, the app sends the selected private record attachment and optional description to the disclosed provider to create an editable estimate; manual entry remains available. Saved photos and numeric records can be edited or deleted independently. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.

4. Accounts and user responsibilities

Users must use a device, Google account, or Apple account they may lawfully access. Authentication information must not be shared, and ad rewards or purchase validation must not be bypassed.

Account deletion differs from resetting records. Its scope is shown before deletion starts in app settings. If the flow fails, use Support.

5. Ads in the free version

Free-version banners may appear on screens outside active logging, such as trends or settings. CaloClaw does not place ads in the camera, dial, edit, save, or record-completion flow.

A rewarded ad opens only when the user chooses it for a stated in-app benefit. Inventory, region, network, or verification state may make it unavailable or prevent a reward from being confirmed.

6. Plus and legacy remove-ads rights

Plus is offered as monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Plus removes eligible banner ads; the lifetime entitlement does not renew. Monthly and yearly Plus include four photo AI analyses per Asia/Seoul calendar day, and lifetime Plus includes six. Further analysis requires a user-initiated, server-verified rewarded ad and rewarded analysis is limited to three per day. Prices, renewal terms, and exact benefits are shown before purchase. Purchase, restore, cancellation, and refund follow the applicable app marketplace procedures and policies.

A purchaser of the legacy permanent remove-ads product remains ad-free while that entitlement can be validly restored and verified. The purchase screen distinguishes that scope from Plus.

7. Prohibited conduct and limits of responsibility

Security attacks, account misuse, automated abusive requests, bypassing ad rewards or purchase validation, unauthorized copying or distribution of app assets, and violations of law are prohibited.

The operator will make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service but cannot completely prevent interruption caused by external sign-in, ad providers, the App Store, networks, or device environments.

8. Changes

Material changes will be announced in the app or on the web through a reasonable method.
